Module 10: Customer Relationship Management

 

A good customer relation is what retains customers and keeps them coming back.  This is achieved by means of anticipating and meeting your customer's needs.

 

This coaching and consulting module directs the focus of those responsible for customer service, may it be the management, delivery or even the analysis, to the strategy and process required for effective Customer Relationship Management.

 

This module is structured in two phases with a two weeks gap in between.

 

Phase 1: Duration 4 consecutive days (8 hours per day)

wThe constructs of Customer Relationship Management

wThe Customer Relationship Management strategy  

wThe three  intertwined processes: marketing, sales and customer service

  

Phase 2: Duration 1 day (8 hours)

wA quick refresher of Phase 1 with Q&A

wA review of the Customer Relationship Management three processes audit report prepared by the team in the preceding two weeks since completing Phase 1

wRecommendations for moving forward in preparing the organization for effective  Customer Relationship Management
