We offer two “built-on-integrity” pricing models.  Where available1, the client may select the pricing model best suited to their needs:

Hourly/Per Diem Price Model

Fixed Price Model

Rt Projects Inc. is pleased to engage with clients on projects on an Hourly/Per Diem price structure.

With this pricing model, the client has the flexibility to set the scope and duration of engagement and propose deliverables within the engagement period.

Consider this pricing model when engaging Rt Projects Inc. as Subject Matter Experts (SME) part of a larger project team.

Using this pricing model we will commit to:

After our initial briefing with the client we will have a better understating of the requirements.  Then, with the expressed interest to proceed, by both parties, the following Fixed Price Model applies:

 

Step 1 – Scope Definition

In this step the need to define and size (quantify) the scope is performed.  The approach, methodology and techniques to be used and the amount of work involved to complete this step is predicated on the requirements and complexity of the project. [Note: A fixed fee to complete this step may apply, and will be presented to the client, for approval, prior to the commencement of any work.] Once defined and sized, the scope is presented, discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to proceeding to step 2.  This step may be repeated in situations where the requirements have changed or more clarity is required. 

Proceeding to step 2 will only occur with the client’s full satisfaction of the scope defined.

 

Step 2 - Proposal Preparation

Rt Projects Inc. will (at no cost to the client) undertake to prepare and document a detailed proposal for the work to be performed for the client.  The proposal will be based on the scope defined and agreed upon in step 1.

The proposal will include:

  • Scope definition
  • Methodology and approach to be adopted for the project
  • Deliverables to be expected by the client
  • Project plan
  • Schedule of events and deliverables
  • Resources to be allocated to the project
  • Fixed price quote,  plus all applicable taxes
  • Payment plan
  • Listing of out-of-scope items
  • Terms and conditions
