Training

We offer a suite of Corporate Plumbing System® training courses each designed and delivered to meet the specific needs of individuals and/or organizations.  The range of courses offered is suited for users, implementers, business leaders, executive management team members, middle managers and supervisors.

Our courses range in duration anywhere from a half day workshop to a full three days and can be customized to meet the client’s own business requirements and/or group dynamics.

Clinics covering specific topics pertaining to a confined area or topic within the organization are designed to equip individuals with the needed knowledge to achieve service quality through continuous improvement within their own area of responsibility on the topic(s) that are proving to be challenging.

The Corporate Plumbing System® certification course that spans over a period of 12 months is designed with the implementer in mind.  This course offers the participant the opportunity to learn and apply the methodology while completing the course.  This course will equip an individual with the knowledge and content to become a certified Corporate Plumber (trainer and implementer) either as an individual professional or for implementation within their own organization.
