Transforming Corporate Philosophy To Service Quality
The Corporate Plumbing System® methodology breeds continual improvement within service and manufacturing organizations. The methodology is predicated on four Fundamentals that serve as the basis for reasoning or action every business is premised on. By applying the Corporate Plumbing System® methodology, the organization will be able to transform its corporate philosophy to service quality.
From the outset, the focus of the management team should be on the corporate mission of the organization. Once properly defined, the corporate mission is articulated and communicated through a set of interlinked and cascading elements that form a backdrop, which depicts the organization’s corporate philosophy.
With the corporate philosophy as the backdrop, resources are deployed through a predetermined series of actions and decisions executed through methodologies specifically chosen to provide service quality that meets customer requirements, and is a direct manifestation of the organization’s mission.
