Designed as self-paced courseware and reference material, the Corporate Plumbing System® binders features detailed roadmaps to organizational excellence including step-by-step instructions, appraisal exercises, do-it-yourself worksheets, detailed specifications, checklists, forms, and reference guides, on the principles and methodologies required to transform corporate philosophy to service quality.

A tutorial program designed to help the executive(s) of organizations identify the requirements needed to design, develop, document, implement, maintain and manage the roadmap to organizational excellence.

This program binder consists of three tabs:

1. Corporate Self-Appraisal:

This tab includes an Organizational Excellence assessment tool that charts a course of actions to be performed based on the assessment results.  This instrument is periodically used; post the initial assessment, for gauging progress towards Organizational Excellence. 

2. The Fundamentals:

This tab includes a tutorial on the concept and the four fundamentals the Corporate Plumbing System® methodology is based upon.  The content covered in this tab will serve as the foundation for the Master Program.  See The Fundamentals for more details.

3. Executive Workshop:

An Executive style roadmap to organizational excellence.

The roadmap is detailed through and executive summary that navigates through eleven milestones, complete with the requirement and the rationalization at each milestone.

Supporting the executive summary are 11 executive briefings listing the the tasks that must be completed, by the organization, at each milestone.  The executive briefings cover the following subjects:
