The Corporate Appraisal exercise is intended to provide you with an assessment of your organization’s own quality system's current status.

The purpose of the exercise is to guide you to areas of your organization that require attention, and which would otherwise be left unidentified and/or ignored.

The objective of the appraisal is to help you chart a course for your organization to follow, in the pursuit of organizational excellence, by prioritizing the actions needed to get there.

The Corporate Plumbing System® Corporate Appraisal is a simple to use instrument that consists of questionnaires about your organization and the service quality that you provide, that participants are required to complete.

The questions are designed to capture the participants’ responses as they pertain to the Corporate Plumbing System Fundamentals and Methodology.

The responses collected are totaled, scored and matched against a calibrated grid that represents that scope of the methodology.

Depending on the scores calculated a “Next-Steps” grid is created that directs the organization on the areas to focus on in the pursuit of organizational excellence.

As a service provided by Interactive Management Sciences we can administer the execution of a corporate appraisal from an unbiased and objective position.  We feel that is an initial first step, which you will take as an organization, to help you develop a strategy for achieving organizational excellence - by transforming your corporate philosophy to service quality that is solely based on where your organization is at today - as your people believe it to be.

4. Suggest suitable actions your organization is recommended to take for transforming your corporate philosophy to service quality in order to achieve organizational excellence

5. Documentation of items 3 and 4 above
