The Corporate Plumbing System® On-line is an Adobe® Acrobat® PDF, client hosted, on-line Do-It-yourself Management Training Program and Implementation Kit.  This soft-copy training program and Implementation Kit provides the roadmap to organizational excellence, including step-by-step instructions on how to achieve organizational excellence by transforming corporate philosophy to achieve service quality in an environment of continuous improvement.

This tab includes an Organizational Excellence assessment tool that charts a course of actions to be performed based on the assessment results.  This instrument is periodically used; post the initial assessment, for gauging progress towards Organizational Excellence.
