About Interactive Management Sciences

Interactive Management Sciences is a division of Rt Projects Inc., a privately owned Canadian company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, established in 1994 by 

Robert F. Taweel.

Robert, graduated with a Masters degree in Management Science, from Cranfield Institute of Technology, United Kingdom.  Since graduating in 1983, he worked, in various capacities, for both service and manufacturing organizations, including General Electric, Day and Ross Group, General Binding Corporation and Gestetner Inc. helping them achieve service and operational excellence by providing business process competency.

Since its inception in 1994 Rt Projects Inc., has been providing Quality Management Systems and Service Quality consulting services to business leaders, owners and entrepreneurs.  By blending Management Sciences into the mix of our services, as a catalyst, we developed a methodical and practical approach to quality management that has guided our clients to operate optimally in an environment of continuous improvement.  This approach provided the optics to address the opportunities and challenges facing our clients with the day-to-day operation of their business and help them realize the true potential of their organizations.

In 1998 we established Interactive Management Sciences as a division of Rt Projects Inc. at the time when we decided to document and publish our work, now known as the “Corporate Plumbing System®".

Today the Corporate Plumbing System® is recognized as an “Operating System” for a company.  It is offered in the form of training courses and through consulting services.
